I am interested in nutrition and read a
lot of books about diet.  This book, so
far, has the healthiest diet and best
approach of any I have seen.  Its
primary emphasis is on phytonutrients
and good health which makes so much
sense.  
I have even started a pilot group to
test how it works in "real life."  Three
weeks in, it is working fabulously.  
Highly recommended.
